Tom bounced around a number of indies and the BBC as a researcher/assistant producer on a range of natural history and science programmes before ending up at Windfall in 2008 where he has worked on the multi-award-winning Inside Nature's Giants across all three series.

He edit produced the Giant Squid Special and most recently produced and directed two episodes of the third series.

Tom is also particularly interested in marking films specifically for online; he produced and directed films in the Cambridge Ideas series on immortal animals and Wordsworth's poetry, a short about Kew Gardens Save a Species campaign and persuaded Stephen Fry to narrate a film about nanoscience; 'NanoYou', which won the SCINEMA award.
