Tom started at Windfall in 2008. Since then he's produced and edit-produced episodes of Big, Bigger, Biggest, and served several stints as a development producer. More recently he produced the epic Channel 4 recreation of the Dambusters raid – a task that involved building a 10m high concrete dam in the wilds of Canada, and dropping dummy bombs from a plane flying at 60 feet. Not the most straightforward of productions!

Before coming to Windfall he worked at Darlow Smithson, and The Gamma Project, where his first directing job was an ob-doc following Swiss drag racers competing in the American league. Filming on the start line of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway was a highlight, but his hearing has never been quite the same since...

Prior to working in TV, he completed a science BSc and MSc, spent a happy two years working as a chef - and a less happy few months months working as an accountant.
