Nicky was welcomed into the Windfall family in March 2010 after a year in the rather sunnier climes of Sydney, Australia where she produced the long-running science series, Catalyst. Before her adventure down under, she helped Viv McGrath set up two indies from scratch - working at Redback Films and Gecko Productions.

Nicky is a self-confessed geek; studying geography at University and spending several months living and working on an active volcano in Indonesia. Her television life started when she won a place on Mentorn's internship scheme, working on everything from Bodyshocks to multi-million dollar reality shows in Jamaica. However, she found her niche in specialist factual and has a number of productions under her belt including BBC4's Michael Smith's Drivetime and The Beginner's Guide to Christianity for Channel 4. Development is her first love (along with volcanoes and glaciers) and working at Windfall feels a little bit like coming home.
